Trainingsession 28th of november
After a talk with Tim we have decided on the following for the trainingsessions:
I will let you know before each practice session what we will do the next time.
One person will lead the session. Aim is that all groupmembers could lead a session, and I will let that person know in advance that they will be in charge of the next session.
Leading the session means: making sure the warm-up is done either by that person, or an other if that makes more sence, like having a vocal warm-up done by christina (the master of voice in our group) and the body warm-up by anne may (our mistres of movement).
And you make sure we do the exercises that we came to do with the aim to get better at it, and show off when tim comes back next time :-)
During all trainingsession we will start with a warm-up.
A vocal warm-up (10 min) and a body warm-up (10 min) with a very important note: a warm-up should be an hour at least, but due to the lack of time, we will stick to 20 minutes. Bear in mind that when you can, start warming up vocally during the bikeride (bodywarm-up) to the session ;-)
We will have the same rules as during the masterclassess:
We don't question excersises, and will instead do it and discover the purpose this way
We won't excuse ourself, and will instead accept the fact and move on
We won't take our frustrations out on others during this leariningcurve, but deal with it ourself, and keep on going.
The 28th we will work:
With the tennisball on our speeches and act II Hamlet
See you the 28th! Amber
